Gimp User Group Mission Statement

Hello and welcome to the Gimp User Group. I started this group in hopes of finding others who enjoy learning with and from others. The purpose is to be a resource to others wanting basic information about GIMP. I'm not a teacher or a GIMP expert by any means. The philosophy of the group is "Users helping Users" Everyone can contribute and help each other. I'm active in Second Life and while I found many resources for learning the times of classes don't always fit my schedule. If you found that to be true for yourself also, consider joining together with others to share what you learn.
